- Because we measure it. Vox reads your delivery the way the test does and gives you a band, diagnostic to final. If you start at B2 (4.5) or below, complete the four weeks, and log your practice but don't move up a full CEFR level, we refund every cent.
- Who is the guarantee for?
- Participants starting at CEFR B2 (band 4.5) or below, where a full-band jump in four weeks is realistic. C1 → C2 is excluded — you can still join Elite, just without the full-band refund. Not sure of your level? Choose 'I'm not sure yet' on the application; your diagnostic confirms it.
- Isn't AI feedback the same as a free chatbot?
- No. A chatbot reads a transcript of your words. Vox scores the sound — your pace, your pauses, your delivery — against the actual scoring constructs. That's why we can attach a guarantee to it and a chatbot can't.
- Will memorising a template work?
- It's dangerous. ETS screens responses for similarity to catch memorised, templated answers, and flagged responses can be cancelled. We teach you to adapt to each prompt — higher-scoring and safe.
- What's the time commitment?
- Four weeks. One live Saturday session each week with John, plus daily practice with Vox and your Voice Coach. The more you log, the better the result — and logging is part of the guarantee.
- What if I don't have a test date yet?
