Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of My Speaking Score ("MSS", "we", "us"), an independent practice tool for the TOEFL iBT® Speaking section operated at myspeakingscore.com and its subdomains. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are (and aren't)

MSS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Educational Testing Service (ETS). TOEFL® is a registered trademark of ETS. Scores and feedback produced by MSS are practice estimates only and are not official ETS scores.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA / UK) to create an account.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
• One account per person. Sharing logins or reselling access is not allowed.

3. Credits & subscriptions

Practice attempts and Voice Coach sessions are paid for with credits. Credits may be granted by a subscription plan or purchased as a top-up. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period; top-up credits roll over for 12 months from purchase. Pricing is shown in USD and may change with notice for future periods.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract underlying prompts or models.
• No uploading content you don't have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful.
• No automated or bot use of the scoring or coaching endpoints.
• No use of MSS during a live TOEFL exam or to circumvent ETS testing rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the audio, transcripts, and writing you submit. You grant MSS a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to deliver the service (scoring, coaching, history, sharing links you create) and to improve quality and safety. We do not sell your content.

6. AI output

Scores, transcripts, and coach replies are generated by machine learning systems. They can be wrong. Use the output as practice feedback, not as a guarantee of your real test result.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe. On termination, unused subscription credits expire; unused top-up credits may be refundable per our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
